love, laughter and happily ever after!

WHAAAT a weekend. An absolute blast! Friday-partied Saturday-partied Sunday-partied! I’m still on my high I guess hence why I’m doing this post at 2 am!! Lucky you. Unlucky me!
Arianne Leishman from everglow photography allowed ME to assist her at a wedding she shot in Edmonton.
I’ve been looking forward to it for weeks now! The whole day was like a dream come true. I compared it to a fantasy world. It was like candyland!
I’ve been following wedding blogs religiously for almost a year now.  I’ve seen these images on everyone else’s blogs. And now they’re on mine.
It’s better then Christmas!
We got there at noon and didn’t stop until 10:30 pm and I loved every stinken minute of it! Especially cuz I got to hang out with Arianne!
When we got to the bridal suite and I saw the make up artist doing her thing by the window I actually got giddy!
The bride was a freakin smoke show! I just knew the pictures would be great!

So you should all be excited to creep on some strangers beautiful wedding pictures.
Cuz I know it’s so fun!
This moment inspired a great idea. I’m going to invent a button I can carry around with me and everytime there are moments like this and then a chorus of angels will sing “AHHHHH”
It was seriously an “AHHHH” moment.
So the wedding was held at the Coast Plaza hotel in Edmonton. In a banquet room. With no windows and dimmed lights.
Ergo-lots of noisy pictures! I cranked my camera’s ISO higher then I’ve ever cranked it before.
Twas an adventure.

So, a good assistant should be putting out fires right? Me. I like to attract attention and attempt to cause fires.
I was standing by this table chatting away with the Minister lady when the doors opened and they began to walk in. I was caught off guard of them starting so I ran to the back of the room to catch some shots of them walking in.
Yeahhh and on my way, totally smacked my self into the above table holding the above candles. They all just started to wibble wobble, “swoosh swoosh swoosh”
The room was dead silent and all eyes who had seen what happened just stared. And prob thought, “putzy girl, she almost ruined these nice peoples wedding!”
You know me. I like to attract lots of attention especially off of a bridal party on their big day!
Luckily, the show went on.
And they got married!
After the wedding we rode with the bridal party to the legislature. I’ll post later on this week about how I cost Arianne her tip and ruined this adventure later on this week.
But this place? Talk about a popular!
Yep, three weddings in this one particular place.
At one time there was 10 weddings within our view and there was a ton all around the rest of the building too!
It was crazy!
Here, I let Arianne do her thing while I fixed veils, carried equipment and occasionally blocked a lens from the evil sun.
I did manage to snatch of picture of this cutie though!
And these smoke shows.
( I know, the bride is SOOO ridiculously beautiful!)
I just adored him :o)
These shots were snapped and the very end. I just love them!
This shot, as you can see is SOOC. aka Straight Out Of the Camera
All I can say is I’m pretty proud of it. Because I think the original looks darn tootin lovely.
And then below is the edit.
So there’s a before and after even for your viewing pleasure and a whole lotta eye candy for you too! I hope you enjoyed it. If you did, go ahead and leave me some love!
uhh please?
Would it help if I gave you my best puppy dog eyes?
Ok don’t worry I wont but yes, I am gravoling :o)
Even if your some random who I don’t know or who I may possibly know so you would never want me to know you look occasionally on my blog.
Well on the contrary I’d LOVE that!
You can even just select to use a username profile and make up a name! It’ll be our little secret. It’s like a mystery game.
ohhh how fun!
just some food for thought….
